WARRANTY SERVICE, RETURNS, AND CERTIFICATES OF CONFORMITY

WARRANTY TERMS

All equipment in our range is covered by a 24-month warranty. In the event of a warranty issue, we will engage the technical staff of our partners in your city to resolve it promptly.

We operate one dedicated service center-in Dubai.
If you are located in another city, our certified technicians will travel to your salon to perform the necessary maintenance or repair work.

OUR CERTIFIED TECHNICIANS

Our team consists of certified specialists with qualifications that include advanced training at the manufacturing facilities of MBT, ADSS, Sanhe, and Ozero Khanka. This expertise allows us to quickly resolve technical issues without the need to ship equipment across the country.
As a final option, you can always send your equipment directly to our service center in Dubai.

HOW TO REQUEST SERVICE

To submit a service repair request, please provide the following information:

  • A description of the malfunction
  • Photos or videos of the defect
  • A contact phone number
  • The exact address for equipment inspection
  • Repair work is carried out at our specialized service center, where we offer repair, installation, and maintenance services for cosmetic equipment.
  • We take pride in our excellent reputation, having worked in this field for over 5 years.

KEY WARRANTY AND RETURN INFORMATION

Warranty Period: All goods specified in the contract are covered for 1 year.
Packaging: It is important to keep the original packaging of the device.
Return for Technical Faults: Replacement or return due to malfunction is possible within 2 weeks of purchase.
Repair Logistics: Warranty repairs are carried out by the supplier at a specialized service center. The delivery of the faulty product to the repair location is at the buyer's expense.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

Warranty obligations do not cover certain types of products and may be voided in cases such as:

  • Mechanical damage
  • Unauthorized self-repair
  • Improper operation
  • Malfunctions caused by force majeure circumstances
  • Certain consumable materials and parts are also not covered by warranty repair.

RIGHT OF RETURN

If a product is purchased from Cosmo Tech, the buyer has the right to refuse the purchase if the transfer procedure has not yet been completed.

If the product has already been transferred, it can be returned within 7 days, provided that:

  • It has not been used
  • All product documents are preserved
  • Seals and labels are intact
  • The product retains its original appearance and consumer properties
  • Exchanging a product for a similar model of equal or higher value is possible with an additional payment. Shipping costs are handled according to the terms and conditions
