Currently, COSMO TECH operates primarily through our online platform and official website cosmo-tech, with dedicated account managers for the Gulf region. While we do not yet have a physical showroom in Dubai, we offer detailed video demonstrations, remote consultations, and can connect you with existing clients in the UAE for a live demonstration upon request. We also provide a full documentation package and certificates so you can verify compliance with local regulations.
Yes, most of our devices come with a menu in English as standard, with another laguages also available. For selected models, we can provide an Arabic interface or help you adapt the menu for your local staff. If the product has not yet been transferred to you, you may cancel your order. After receiving the equipment, you have 7 days to inspect it - provided the device has not been used, the seals and labels are intact, and the original packaging and documents are preserved. If a manufacturing defect is identified within 14 days of purchase, we will arrange an exchange or full refund. Consumables and custom-configured devices may not be eligible for return. We ship orders across the GCC free of charge, and return shipping costs are handled according to the specific case.
