If the product has not yet been transferred to you, you may cancel your order. After receiving the equipment, you have 7 days to inspect it - provided the device has not been used, the seals and labels are intact, and the original packaging and documents are preserved. If a manufacturing defect is identified within 14 days of purchase, we will arrange an exchange or full refund. Consumables and custom-configured devices may not be eligible for return.
