While we do not yet have a physical showroom in Dubai, we offer detailed video demonstrations, remote consultations, and can connect you with existing clients in the UAE for a live demonstration upon request. If the product has not yet been transferred to you, you may cancel your order. After receiving the equipment, you have 7 days to inspect it - provided the device has not been used, the seals and labels are intact, and the original packaging and documents are preserved. If a manufacturing defect is identified within 14 days of purchase, we will arrange an exchange or full refund. Consumables and custom-configured devices may not be eligible for return. We ship orders across the GCC free of charge, and return shipping costs are handled according to the specific case.
